Faith, hope , trust, belief these are a few words which almost each one of us keep repeating even though we are not sure of them or have seen a tangible evidence of it. But imagine a world where we lose faith or trust, it would be a chaotic world where we will lose our sanity, because these are the words which keep us going on, without them we would be adrift without direction, there would be a cold feeling within us at all times and we would find it unbearable to go on with life.

Anxiety3

Lets face it we cannot do everything we want at the same time. People who realize this are the ones who lead a satisfying life because their levels of anxiety are low. The most important tool to fight anxiety is slowing down.. in other words relax, chill, pause, breath... you don't have to do everything at once. That sense of hurry , that racing of pulse is all being caused by that bugger- anxiety. take a couple of tasks and try to finish them they will give the the sense of calm and satisfaction that you require. be happy with what you have, enjoy whats around you full nothing is permanent anyways...have a purpose for every day, it could be something as silly as getting a new hair cut and try getting that task done. and most important way of curbing anxiety is try making others happy, share with them make life a joyous experience , problems are a part of everyone's life but what we remember are the beautiful experiences. Try making a beautiful memory everyday... Try doing something new and positive every day. anxiety feeds on despair, feel empowered and you will see the anxiety receding slowly.

Anxiety2

Anxiety is also an addiction. You feel the same racing of pulse, the same frantic beating of heart the same butterflies in the pith of your stomach the almost crazy need to do what you promised you wont do. Like it is difficult for a person who is addicted to drugs to come out of the habit. It is difficult for a person with chronic anxiety to quit being anxious. At least in case of a drug addict  there is just one stimulus- drugs. But in case of a anxious person every stimulus that cause them stress or that they fear causes anxiety.  It has to be a very conscious decision not to feel anxious. You need to wake up deciding you wont be anxious today and taking the steps that would help you curb your anxiety. Make a note of things or stimulus that make you anxious and try fighting them. Be strong and decide you wont give in to its power.
At one point they may seem almost real as if its not something irrational you are imagining but the absolute reality even then dont give in to the anxiety. You need to make a conscious decision and every time you feel the anxiety creeping over you you need to curb it. In time you will see that anxiety loses the power over you and you would feel a lot more liberated.

Anxiety

The main cause of anxiety a person faces is fear. Pure and simple. Fear is typically a feeling of helplessness about situations or things that are not in your control. Hence your brain tries to compensate by taking up steps which it perceives can control the situation. For example fear of death makes a person wants to be in absolute control of his health seeing to it that he leaves no stone un -turned in improving his longevity. he over analyzes each and every symptom gets done every medical test available and in the process  experiences the by product of fear- anxiety. An over anxious person never leads a full and satisfying life there is always a niggle or a doubt that bothers him. He is always on the edge with a churning feeling in his stomach We say we can curb the anxiety by relaxing but the only way to really get rid of the anxiety is to confront the underlying fear head on and trying to get over it. The real battle is with the underlying fear and not the anxiety it causes. Anxiety is typically a helpless feeling where you feel you don't know how to cope with a particular situation, and continuous helpless feeling leads to chronic anxiety. when you try controlling a lot of things thinking that would curb your underlying fear you end up biting more that what you can chew leading to increased anxiety because you typically end up doing none of the tasks effectively. The best way to deal with this is taking up a few doable task everyday and completing them. they need not be related to your fear at all, but just the feeling that you were able to do something successfully would help you reduce your anxiety to a large extent.
